- received a request for authority to expand magnet site 5 of FTZ 79 in Tampa, Fla., to include additional terminal facilities and acreage within the Port Tampa Bay seaport complex (comments due by Jan. 24)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Lam Research Corporation facilities within FTZ 18 in Fremont, Livermore, Newark, Tracy, and Hayward, Calif. (comments due by Jan. 3)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Innovusion Inc. facility within FTZ 18 in Sunnyvale, Calif. (comments due by Jan. 3)
