- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Avaya Inc. facility within FTZ 262 in Olive Branch, Miss. (comments due by Dec. 27)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Gulf Coast Growth Ventures LLC facility within FTZ 122 in San Patricio County, Texas (comments due by Dec. 29)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the GXO Logistics facility within FTZ 41 in Kenosha, Wis. (comments due by Dec. 29)

- authorized the reorganization of FTZ 83 to include a service area of Cherokee, Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, Marion, Morgan, and Winston counties in Alabama

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the AbbVie Inc. facilities within FTZ 22 in North Chicago and Lake County, Ill., where AbbVie already has authority to produce pharmaceutical products, to add a finished product and foreign-status materials
