- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Swafford Warehousing Inc. facility within FTZ 38 in Greer, S.C., which would be limited to specific foreign-status materials and components and a specific finished product (medical kits) (comments due by Dec. 20)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the BrightView Technologies Inc. facility within FTZ 93 in Durham, N.C., which would be limited to plastic film with microstructures (finished product) and polycarbonate film (foreign-status material) (comments due by Dec. 27)

- authorized production under zone procedures at the Nikola Corporation facility within FTZ 75 in Coolidge, Ariz., which will be used for the production of battery-electric and hydrogen-electric vehicles
