Hot-rolled steel – dumping margin of 26.81 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan for the period Oct. 1, 2019, through Sept. 30, 2020

Propane cylinders – preliminary determination that Yi Jun Hong Kong Limited is the successor-in-interest to Hong Kong GSBF Company Limited and should be assigned the same AD cash deposit rate under the AD duty order on steel propane cylinders from China

Rubber – institution of AD injury investigations of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from the Czech Republic, Italy, and Russia

Thermal paper – issuance of AD duty orders on thermal paper from Germany, Japan, Korea, and Spain, effective Nov. 22, with current AD cash deposit rates of 2.9 percent for Germany, 135.06 and 140.25 percent for Japan, 6.19 percent for Korea, and 37.07 and 41.45 percent for Spain

Tubular goods – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on oil country tubular goods from Argentina, Mexico, and Russia and preliminary affirmative CV injury determinations on such goods from Russia and South Korea
