Jump starters – termination of patent and trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1256 of portable battery jump starters and components thereof with respect to one respondent based on a settlement agreement with complainant The NOCO Company

Massagers – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1206 of percussive massage devices with respect to the remaining active respondents based on settlement agreements with complainant Hyper Ice Inc.

Smart systems – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1258 of smart thermostat systems, smart HVAC systems, smart HVAC control systems, and components thereof with respect to three respondents based on complainant EcoFactor Inc.’s withdrawal of its allegations as to those respondents
