- received an application for subzone status at the Watco Transloading LLC facilities within FTZ 161 in Parsons, Kansas (comments due no later than July 6)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the AbbVie Ltd. facility within FTZ 7 in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, where AbbVie already has authority to produce pharmaceutical products, to add a finished product and a foreign-status material to the scope of authority (comments due by July 6)

- approved an expansion of production authority at the BMW Manufacturing Company LLC facility within FTZ 38 in Spartanburg, S.C., where BMW already has authority to produce gasoline and diesel-powered motor vehicles, bodies, stamped body parts, and lithium ion batteries, to add a foreign-status component to the scope of authority

- approved the establishment of subzone 49V at the Woodfield Distribution LLC facility in Dayton, N.J.
