- received a notification of proposed production activity at the STIHL Incorporated facility within FTZ 20 in Virginia Beach, Va., where STIHL already has authority to produce handheld outdoor power equipment and related parts, to add two foreign-status materials or components to the scope of authority

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Volkswagen Group of America Chattanooga Operations LLC facility within FTZ 134 in Chattanooga, Tenn., where VW already has authority to product passenger motor vehicles, to add foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority

- authorized production under zone procedures at the Rivian Automotive LLC facilities within FTZ 114 in Normal, Ill., which will be used for the production of electric passenger and delivery vehicles as well as vehicle components, subassemblies, chargers, and charging stations, subject to a requirement that specified foreign-status components be admitted to the zone in privileged foreign status
