- received an application to expand subzone 40I at the Swagelok Company facility in Eastlake, Ohio (comments due by May 3)

 - received a notification of proposed production activity at the IPR Pharmaceuticals Inc. facility within FTZ 7 in Canovanas, Puerto Rico, where IPR already has authority to produce certain pharmaceutical products, to add a finished product and foreign-status material to the scope of authority (comments due by May 3)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Lockheed Martin facility within FTZ 123 in Littleton, Colo., where Lockheed Martin already has authority to produce satellites and other spacecraft for space-based use and subsystems for satellites and other spacecraft, to add three foreign-status materials or components to the scope of authority (comments due by May 3)

- received an application to reorganize FTZ 76 under the alternative site framework to include Fairfield and Litchfield counties in Connecticut as well as a portion of New Haven county (comments due by May 24)

- received an application to modify the boundaries of subzone 149C, which consists of six Phillips 66 Company sites in Brazoria County, Texas (comments due by May 4)
