- received an application for reorganize and expand FTZ 249 to encompass Escambia, Okaloosa, and Santa Rosa counties in Florida (comments due by Aug. 2)

- approved the establishment of subzone 84AC at the Pepperl+Fuchs Inc. facility in Katy, Texas

- approved an expansion of production authority at the AbbVie Inc. facilities within FTZ 22 in North Chicago and Lake County, Ill., where AbbVie already had authority to produce pharmaceutical products, to add a finished product and a foreign-status material to the scope of authority

- approved an expansion of production authority at the Bauer Manufacturing LLC dba NEORig (Bauer) facility within FTZ 265 in Conroe, Texas, where Bauer already had authority to produce various products, to add two finished products to the scope of authority
