- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Airbus OneWeb Satellites North America LLC facility within FTZ 136 in Merritt Island, Fla., where Airbus already has authority to produce satellites for commercial, private, and military applications, to add a finished product and foreign-status materials or components to the scope of authority (comments due by July 19)

- approved the expansion of subzone 18F to include the Lam Research Corporation facility in Newark, Calif.

- approved an expansion of production authority at the Wacker Polysilicon North America LLC facility within FTZ 134 in Charleston, Tenn., where Wacker already had authority to produce polysilicon using foreign-status silicon metal not subject to AD or CV duty orders, to add a finished product to the scope of authority
