- approved an expansion of production authority at the Lockheed Martin facility within FTZ 123 in Littleton, Colo., where Lockheed Martin already has authority to produce satellites and other spacecraft for space-based use and subsystems for satellites and other spacecraft, to add three foreign-status materials or components to the scope of authority
- approved an expansion of production authority at the Miraclon Corporation facility within FTZ 106 in Weatherford, Okla., where Miraclon already has authority to produce flexographic printing plates, aluminum printing plates, direct imaging film, and thermo imaging layer film, to add a foreign-status material to the scope of authority
- approved the reorganization of FTZ 76 under the alternative site framework to include Fairfield and Litchfield counties in Connecticut as well as a portion of New Haven county
- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Nikola Corporation facility within FTZ 75 in Coolidge, Ariz., which will be used for the production of battery-electric and hydrogen-electric vehicles (comments due by Aug. 30)
