- granted limited authorization of production under zone procedures at the OFS Fitel LLC facility within FTZ 26 in Carrollton, Ga., which is used for the production of optical fiber products, subject to requirements that (1) foreign-status optical fiber and optical bundles be admitted to the zone in privileged foreign status and (2) foreign-status standard waterblock and non-waterblock aramid yarn be admitted in domestic/duty-paid status

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Volkswagen Group of America Chattanooga Operations LLC facility within FTZ 134 in Chattanooga, Tenn., where VW already had authority to produce passenger motor vehicles, to add finished products and foreign-status materials and components

- approved the establishment of subzone 37F at the JJS Transportation and Distribution Co. Inc. facility in Valley Stream, NY

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Rivian Automotive LLC facilities within FTZ 114 in Normal, Ill., which will be used for the production of electric passenger and delivery vehicles as well as vehicle components, subassemblies, chargers, and charging stations (comments due by Feb. 8)
