Steel – preliminary determination that KG Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd. (1) is the successor-in-interest to Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd. and Dongbu Incheon Steel Co. Ltd. for purposes of determining AD cash deposits and liabilities pursuant to the AD duty orders on cold-rolled steel flat products and corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea but (2) is not the successor-in-interest to those companies for purposes of determining CV cash deposits and liabilities pursuant to the CV duty orders on such goods

Steel pipe – dumping margins of 2.49 to 3.63 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates for the period Dec. 1, 2017, through Nov. 30, 2018

Tires – preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam and new AD cash deposit requirements at rates of 14.24 to 38.07 percent for Korea, 52.42 to 98.44 percent for Taiwan, 13.25 to 22.21 percent for Thailand, and zero to 22.3 percent for Vietnam
