The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Chassis – scheduling of final phase of AD and CV injury investigations of chassis from China, with hearing scheduled for March 16, pre-hearing briefs due by March 10, post-hearing briefs due by March 24, and final comments due by April 12

Cigarettes – final negative AD injury determination on fourth-tier cigarettes from Korea

Cold-rolled steel – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Engines – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc and parts thereof from China, with dumping margins of 177.65 to 468.33 percent and net subsidy rates of 17.75 to 19.29 percent

Fluid end blocks – final affirmative AD injury determinations on fluid end blocks from Germany and Italy and final affirmative CV injury determinations on fluid end blocks from China, Germany, India, and Italy
