Armature devices – in investigation 337-TA-1186 of balanced armature devices, products containing same, and components thereof, initial determination granting motion for sanctions as to one respondent, denying motion for sanctions as to another respondent, and denying request for monetary sanctions

Cellular infrastructure – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1248 of cellular communications infrastructure systems, components thereof, and products containing same (complainants Ericsson Inc. and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson; respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)

Flasks – termination of patent and trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1216 of vacuum-insulated flasks and components thereof with respect to one respondent based on a settlement agreement with complainants Steel Technology LLC d/b/a Hydro Flask and Helen of Troy Limited

Slurries – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1204 of chemical mechanical planarization slurries and components thereof with respect to one patent claim withdrawn by complainant Cabot Microelectronics Corporation
