- received an application on behalf of Tesla Inc. to expand subzone 18G at sites in Lathrop, Calif. (comments due by Sept. 27)
- received an application requesting subzone status for the Mercedes Benz USA LLC facility within FTZ 98 in Vance, Ala. (comments due by Sept. 27)
- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Pfizer Inc. facilities within FTZ 43 in Kalamazoo, Mich., where Pfizer already has authority to produce pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, and animal healthcare products, to add an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (comments due Sept. 27)
- authorized production activity at the Lely North America Inc. facility within FTZ 107 in Pella, Iowa, which will be used for the production of automated robotic milking and feeding equipment and related products
- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Lam Research Corporation facilities within FTZ 45 in Tualatin and Sherwood, Ore., where Lam already has authority to produce semiconductor production equipment, subassemblies, and related parts, to add finished products and foreign-status materials and components
- authorized an expansion of production authority at the MSD International GMBH facility within FTZ 7 in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, where MSD already has authority to produce certain pharmaceutical products, to add a finished product and a foreign-status material
- authorized production under zone procedures at the Kaiser Premier LLC facility within FTZ 293 in Fort Morgan, Colo., which is used for the production of special-purpose vehicles
