- received a notification of proposed production authority at the BMW Manufacturing Company LLC facility within FTZ 38 in Spartanburg, S.C., where BMW already has authority to produce gasoline and diesel-powered motor vehicles, gasoline-powered hybrid plug-in electric motor vehicles, motor vehicle bodies, stamped body parts, and lithium-ion batteries, to add finished products and a foreign-status component to the scope of authority

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the VIAVI Solutions Inc. facility within FTZ 75 in Chandler, Ariz., which is used for the production of optically variable pigments (comments due by Sept. 21)

- approved the expansion of the service area of FTZ 158 to include Grenada and Panola counties in Mississippi
