- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Savannah Yacht Center Inc. within FTZ 104 in Savannah, Ga., which will be used for repair and related activities involving yachts, sailboats, and boat tenders (comments due by Oct. 4)

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the BMW Manufacturing Company LLC facility within FTZ 38 in Spartanburg, S.C., where BMW already has authority to produce various goods, to add diesel-powered hybrid plug-in electric motor vehicles

- authorized production under zone procedures at the Sheffield Pharmaceuticals LLC facilities in New London and Norwich, Conn., which are used for the production of over-the-counter healthcare products

- authorized production under zone procedures at the Swagelok Company facility within FTZ 33 in Koppel, Pa., which is used for the production of finished bar stock from unprocessed bar stock, including annealing, drawing, and cutting to size
