Digital devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1224 of digital video-capable devices and components thereof with respect to six patent claims withdrawn by complainants Koninklijke Philips NV and Philips North America LLC

Fitness devices – new IPR infringement complaint on fitness devices, streaming components thereof, and systems containing same (complainants DISH DBS Corporation, DISH Technologies LLC, and Sling TV LLC; proposed respondents located in Canada and the U.S.)

Footwear – advisory opinion in investigation 337-TA-567 of foam footwear that certain shoes do not fall within the scope of the existing general exclusion order or cease and desist order and therefore should not be excluded from entry into the U.S.

Skin care devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1262 of skin rejuvenation resurfacing devices, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainants InMode Ltd. and Invasix Inc. dba InMode; proposed respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)
