Bone cements – final initial determination of no violation in infringement investigation 337-TA-1175 of bone cements and bone cement accessories and April 30 deadline for comments on remedy, the public interest, and bonding

Sweeteners – new IPR infringement complaint filed on high-potency sweeteners, processes for making same, and products containing same (complainants Celanese International Corporation, Celanese (Malta) Company 2 Limited, and Celanese Sales U.S. Ltd.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Televisions – new IPR infringement complaint filed on televisions, remote controls, and components thereof (complainant Roku Inc.; proposed respondents located in China, the Netherlands, Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, and the U.S.)

Wearable monitors – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1190 of wearable monitoring devices, systems, and components thereof
