The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Fish – dumping margin of $0.09/kg in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019

Lined paper – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on lined paper products from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Olives – (1) dumping margins of 7.66 to 22.31 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on ripe olives from Spain for the period Jan. 26, 2018, through July 31, 2019, and (2) net subsidy rates of 5.23 to 21.12 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on ripe olives from Spain for the period Nov. 28, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018

Pasta – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on pasta from Italy for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Steel plate – net subsidy rates of 0.28 and 0.50 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
