Armature devices – termination of misappropriation of trade secrets investigation 337-TA-1186 of balanced armature devices, products containing same, and components thereof with respect to six respondents based on consent orders
Massagers – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1206 of percussive massage devices with respect to two respondents based on a settlement agreement with complainant Hyper Ice Inc.
Vehicle control systems – new IPR infringement complaint filed on vehicle control systems, vehicles containing the same, and components thereof (complainants Jaguar Land Rover Limited and Jaguar Land Rover North America; proposed respondents located in Germany, Italy, and the U.S.)
Video receivers – rescission of limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders issued in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1103 of digital video receivers and related hardware and software components based on settlement agreement
