Furniture – new IPR infringement complaint filed on furniture products finished with decorative wood grain paper and components thereof (complainant Toppan Interamerica Inc.; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)

LED products – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1168 of light-emitting diode products, systems, and components thereof due to finding of no violation

Truck bed covers – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1188 of pickup truck folding bed cover systems and components thereof based on withdrawal of complaint by Extang Corporation and Laurmark Enterprises Inc.

Wrapping material – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1210 of wrapping material and methods for use in agricultural applications with respect to one respondent based on settlement agreement with complainants Tama Group and Tama USA Inc.
