- received a notification of proposed production activity at the PPC Broadband Inc. facility within FTZ 90 in Dewitt, N.Y., where PPC already has authority to produce hardline coaxial cables, to add finished products and foreign-status components to the scope of authority (comments due by Nov. 25)

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Tesla Inc. facilities within FTZ 126 in McCarran and Sparks, Nev., where Tesla already had authority to produce lithium-ion batteries, electric motors, and stationary energy storage systems, to add a finished product and 11 foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority

- authorized the expansion of subzone 61T at the Plaza Warehousing & Realty Corporation facility in Caguas, Puerto Rico
