OLED displays – new IPR infringement complaint filed on active matrix OLED display devices and components thereof (complainant Solas OLED Ltd.; proposed respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)

Reusable straws – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1183 of foldable reusable drinking straws and components and accessories thereof with respect to one patent claim withdrawn by complainant The Final Co. LLC

Solar modules – new IPR infringement complaint filed on shingled solar modules, components thereof, and methods for manufacturing same (complainant the Solaria Corporation; proposed respondents located in Canada and the U.S.)

Vinyl tile – in investigation 337-TA-1155, issuance of (1) a general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of luxury vinyl tile and components thereof that infringe one or more specified patent claims asserted by complainants Mohawk Industries Inc., Flooring Industries Ltd. Sarl, and IVC US Inc., and (2) cease and desist orders against five respondents
