Armature devices – termination of trade secret misappropriation investigation 337-TA-1186 of balanced armature devices, products containing same, and components thereof with respect to one respondent based on a consent order
Eyelash extensions – new IPR infringement complaint filed on artificial eyelash extension systems, products, and components thereof (complainant Lashify Inc., proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)
Gaming consoles – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1197 of portable gaming console systems with attachable handheld controllers and components thereof with respect to three patent claims withdrawn by complainant Gamevice Inc.
Video processors – new IPR infringement complaint filed on video processing devices, components thereof, and digital smart televisions containing the same (complainant DivX LLC; proposed respondents located in Korea, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the U.S.)
