- received an application for subzone status for the Sager Electronics facility within FTZ 168 in Carrollton, Texas (comments due by Oct. 3)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Volkswagen Group of America Chattanooga Operations LLC facility within FTZ 134 in Chattanooga, Tenn., where VW already has authority to produce passenger motor vehicles, to add finished products and foreign-status materials and components to the scope of authority (comments due by Oct. 3)

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the FN America LLC facility within FTZ 137 in Dulles, Va., which is used for the storage of firearms, to add authority to remove parts from such firearms
