The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Mattresses – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on mattresses from China and new CV cash deposit requirement at the rate of 97.78 percent

Oil country tubular goods – dumping margins of 2.97 and 3.30 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on OCTG from Korea for the period July 18, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015

PET film – continuation of AD duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from China and the United Arab Emirates, effective Sept. 8

Stainless steel – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
