- approved production under zone procedures at the Golden Pass LNG Terminal LLC facility within FTZ 116 in Port Arthur, Texas, which will be used for liquefied natural gas processing
- approved production under zone procedures at the LiCAP Technologies Inc. facility within FTZ 143 in Sacramento, Calif., which is used for the production of electrodes
- approved production under zone procedures at the Wacker Polysilicon North America LLC facility within FTZ 134 in Charleston, Tenn., which is used for the production of polysilicon
