- received an application to expand site 15 of FTZ 29 in Shepherdsville, Ky., to include an additional 264.5 acres (comments due by Oct. 13)

- received an application for subzone status for the Lake Charles LNG Export Company LLC facility within FTZ 87 in Lake Charles, La. (comments due by Sept. 21)

- received an application for production authority at the Teijin Carbon Fibers Inc. facility within FTZ 38 in Greenwood, S.C., which is currently under construction and will be used for the production of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber (comments due by Oct. 13)

- authorized the establishment of subzone 27Q at the Ipswich Shellfish Company Inc. facility in Ipswich, Mass.
