T. RANDOLPH (“RANDY”) FERGUSON is a member Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A. Mr. Ferguson has concentrated his practice in customs and international trade law since 1976 and is recognized nationally for his expertise in representing companies in a wide range of import- and export-related matters. He is also well known for his representation of the surety companies that underwrite the customs bonds that importers submit upon entry of merchandise into the United States.

Mr. Ferguson, an “AV” rated attorney, holds a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.A. from Stanford University. He also worked for the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Private Law in Germany. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Court of International Trade and several U.S. district courts. He is a member of the bar in California as well as chairman of the Subcommittee on Customs Law of the bar’s International Law Section.
