SARAH YUSKAITIS is an associate with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., resident in the Washington, D.C., office, and a member of its Trade Remedies Practice Group.
Ms. Yuskaitis advises and counsels clients primarily in the area of antidumping and countervailing duty law and trade remedies litigation, where she has obtained a number of favorable scope exclusions. She also advises clients on Section 201, Section 232, and Section 301 duty liability and has helped U.S. businesses secure more than 800 product exclusions from Section 232 and Section 301 tariffs. In addition, she represents clients before federal courts and U.S. agencies, including the International Trade Commission, Department of Commerce, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
Prior to joining the firm Ms. Yuskaitis served as an attorney advisor for the Board of Veterans Appeals at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she conducted research on legal and medical questions and drafted appellate decisions.
Ms. Yuskaitis holds an LL.M. in international business and economic law from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and a B.A. in international relations and political science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She has been admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Massachusetts Bar.
