Helical Spring Lock Washers. The International Trade Administration is amending the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on helical spring lock washers from China for the period Oct. 1, 2012, through Sept. 30, 2013, to indicate a weighted average dumping margin of 189.81 percent for Jiangsu RC Import & Export Co. Ltd. AD duties based on this rate will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review.

Steel Shelving Units. The ITA has amended its preliminary affirmative dumping determination on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from China to grant a separate rate of 50.23 percent to HoiFat (NingBo) Office Facilities Co. Ltd. The ITA has also postponed its final AD duty determination to Aug. 14.

Commodity Matchbooks. In its sunset review of the AD and CV duty orders on commodity matchbooks from India, the International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to and industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will soon be continued for five years.

Melamine. The ITA has made preliminary affirmative determinations in its CV duty investigations of melamine from China and Trinidad and Tobago. The ITA will now instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to require CV cash deposits at the preliminary subsidy rates, which are 147.62 percent to 150.52 percent for China and 27.48 percent for Trinidad & Tobago.
