Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Washers. The International Trade Commission has made a final affirmative antidumping injury determination on large residential washers from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will soon issue an AD duty order on these goods.

Furniture. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China, the ITC has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will remain in place for five years.

Urea. The ITC has terminated its sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on solid urea from Russia and Ukraine after the ITA announced that it was revoking these orders as of Dec. 20, 2016.
