Violet Pigment. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbazole violet pigment 23 from India for the period Dec. 1, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for Pidilite Industries Limited.

Corrosion-Resistant Steel. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan for the period June 2, 2016, through June 30, 2017, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of 2.15 percent to 4.90 percent for four companies. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be assessed on subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Dec. 17.

Silicomanganese. In the final results of its sunset reviews of the AD duty order on silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela, the ITA has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of up to 20.53 percent for India, 274.88 percent for Kazakhstan, and 24.62 percent for Venezuela.

Steel Sheet and Strip. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip from China for the period July 18, 2016, through Dec. 31, 2017, due to the timely withdrawal of the request for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess CV duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Rebar. Effective Dec. 17, the ITA is continuing the AD duty orders on steel concrete reinforcing bars from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine for five years. These orders cover all steel concrete reinforcing bars sold in straight lengths and exclude plain rounds (i.e., non-deformed or smooth bars) and rebar that has been further processed through bending or coating.
