The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Mechanical tubing – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period Sept. 25, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018, with respect to 11 companies and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on such goods at the cash deposit rates

Off-road tires – dumping margin of zero for two exporters in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China for the period Sept. 1, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2018

Polyester staple fiber – preliminary determination that Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc. is the successor-in-interest to Toray Chemical Korea Inc. for purposes of the AD duty order on fine denier polyester staple fiber from Korea

Silica fabric – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on amorphous silica fabric from China for the period March 1, 2018, through Feb. 28, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the cash deposit rates

Woven ribbons – net subsidy rate of 31.57 percent for one company in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017
