The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Mechanical tubing – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on cold drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from Italy for the period Nov. 22, 2017, through May 31, 2019, with respect to six companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on malleable iron pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Pressure pipe - sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CV duty orders on welded stainless steel pressure pipe from China, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Staples – preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination in AD and CV duty investigations of collated steel staples from China

Strontium chromate – final affirmative AD injury determination on strontium chromate from Austria and France
