USDA Reviewing Information Collection on Imports of Tomatoes from Korea

The Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is accepting comments through Aug. 28 on the proposed extension of information collections associated with the regulations for the importation of tomatoes with stems from Korea. Information collections include monthly inspection of registered pest-exclusionary structures, records of trap placement, and phytosanitary certificates with an additional declaration stating that the tomatoes were produced in accordance with the regulations.
