AD/CV Notices: Tires, Hand Trucks, Steel Products, Uncoated Paper
Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting July 14 in Washington, D.C., to vote on its final antidumping injury determination on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China.
Hand Trucks. Also at the July 14 meeting the ITC will vote in its sunset review of the AD duty order on hand trucks from China. This vote will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order.
Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products. The ITC will hold an open meeting July 16 in Washington, D.C., to vote on its preliminary AD injury determination on corrosion-resistant steel products from China, India, Italy, Korea and Taiwan.
Uncoated Paper. The International Trade Administration has corrected its June 29 preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination on uncoated paper from China to indicate that the mandatory respondent, referred to in the collective as the Asia Symbol Companies, includes the following firms: Asia Symbol Paper Co., Ltd.; Asia Symbol Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd.; Asia Symbol Omya Minerals Co., Ltd.; and Greenpoint Global Trading Ltd. Additionally, the ITA notes that UPM Changshu should be referred to as UPM (China) Co. Ltd.
