Sugar. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative antidumping and countervailing injury determinations on sugar from Mexico. As a result, suspension agreements that the International Trade Administration previously entered concerning this product will remain in effect. Those agreements allow Mexican sugar to enter the U.S. free of AD and CV duties and create mechanisms to ensure that such imports do not injure the U.S. sugar industry.

Steel Grating. In its sunset reviews of the AD and CV duty orders on steel grating from China, the ITC has determined that revoking these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will be continued for five years.
