Brightening agents – dumping margin of 4.61 percent for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stilbenic optical brightening agents from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

Chlorinated isocyanurates – continuation of CV duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China, effective May 7

Cut-to-length plate – dumping margins of 2.26 to 2.49 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from Korea for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019

Oil country tubular goods – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on OCTG from Ukraine would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at a margin of 7.47 percent for all exporters and producers

Pipe – dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from Romania for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019
