Steel Sinks. In its sunset review of the countervailing duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks the International Trade Administration has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 4.90 percent to 12.36 percent.

Wood Flooring. Pursuant to a court order, the ITA is (a) excluding two companies from its antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China, effective July 13, 2018, and (b) revising the weighted average dumping margin for eight exporters to be zero.

Forged Steel Fittings. The ITA has made an affirmative final dumping determination on forged steel fittings from Taiwan. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to continue to collect AD cash deposits on entries of subject goods at the final weighted average dumping margin of 116.17 percent.
