Steel Plate Products. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from Korea for the period Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018, the International Trade Administration has determined weighted average dumping margins of 1.43 percent and 4.19 percent for two exporters.

Solar Cells. The ITA has revoked the AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China with respect to certain off-grid solar panels based on a lack of interest in the relief provided by the orders with respect to those products. These revocations will be effective for all unliquidated entries of subject goods on or after Jan. 1, 2016, for purposes of the CV duty order and Dec. 1, 2016, for purposes of the AD duty order.

Sugar. In the preliminary results of its administrative reviews of the AD and CV suspension agreements on sugar from Mexico for the period Oct. 1 through Nov. 30, 2017, the ITA has determined that the respondents selected for individual examination are in compliance with this agreement and that the agreement is functioning as intended.
