The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Cut-to-length plate – dumping margins of 4.75 to 16.14 percent for Belgium and 1.44 to 1.63 percent for Italy in final results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate for the period Nov. 14, 2016, through April 30, 2018

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on the following products for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico (AD)

- cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Ukraine (AD)

- diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China (AD)

- forged steel fittings from China (AD, May 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019; and CV, March 14 through Dec. 31, 2018)

- fresh garlic from China (AD)

- hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China (AD)

- hot-rolled steel flat products from Australia (AD; Oct. 1, 2018, through Sept. 30, 2019) and Korea (AD, Oct. 1, 2018, through Sept. 30, 2019; and CV)

- welded stainless pressure pipe from India (CV)

Plywood – notice of covered merchandise referral from U.S. Customs and Border Protection in connection with an Enforce and Protect Act investigation concerning the possible evasion of the AD and CV duty orders on hardwood plywood from China

Rebar – net subsidy rates of 0.19 to 2.29 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017
