Details: Weighted average dumping margin of 1.47 percent for manufacturer/exporter Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. AD duties at this rate will be assessed on subject merchandise entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Oct. 29.

Details: No CV duty order will be issued on this merchandise, although the ITC’s AD injury investigation will continue.

Nature of Notice: Final results of changed circumstances review of antidumping duty order.
Details: Certain past entries by Global Nuclear Fuel – Americas LLC satisfy the conditions for exclusion from the order and GNF-A will be allowed to make certain future entries under the provision for exclusion from the scope of the order.
