Steel Pipe. The International Trade Commission has instituted sunset reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China. Comments are due by Dec. 3. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.

Uranium. The ITC has instituted a sunset review of the AD duty order on low enriched uranium from France. Comments are due by Dec. 3. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order.

Solar Cells. The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015. Revised net subsidy rates range from 9.12 percent to 11.59 percent. CV duties at these rates will not yet be assessed on entries of subject goods during this period of review due to pending litigation. However, CV cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after July 23, 2018.
