Steel Pipe. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2016, through Oct. 31, 2017, because there are no suspended entries of subject goods from any of the companies subject to this review upon which to assess duties.

Solar Cells. The International Trade Commission has revised the schedule for its sunset review of the AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules from China. A hearing will be held Nov. 27, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Nov. 16, pre-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 13, post-hearing briefs are due by Dec. 4, and final comments are due by Jan. 4.

Sodium Hexametaphosphate. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on sodium hexametaphosphate from China, the ITC has determined that revoking this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will remain in place.
