Cold-Rolled Steel. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period July 29 through Dec. 31, 2016, the International Trade Administration has determined net subsidy rates of 0.65 percent to 1.73 percent.

Magnesia Carbon Bricks. In the preliminary results of its administrative reviews of the antidumping duty order on magnesia carbon bricks from China for the period Sept. 1, 2016, through Aug. 31, 2017, and the CV duty order on such goods for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016, the ITA has determined that no company subject to this review had reviewable entries of subject goods into the U.S. during this period.

Off-Road Tires. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China for the period Sept. 1, 2016, through Aug. 31, 2017, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 0.79 percent for exporter Weihai Zhongwei Rubber Co. Ltd.

Oil Country Tubular Goods. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on OCTG from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2016, through Aug. 31, 2017, the ITA has determined (a) weighted average dumping margins of 19.40 percent to 47.62 percent for three producers or exporters and (b) that three companies had no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during this period.

In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the CV duty order on OCTG from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016, the ITA has determined a net subsidy rate of 0.66 percent for one company.
