AD/CV: Staples, Silicon Metal

Staples. The International Trade Administration has made a final affirmative dumping determination on carton-closing staples from China. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits on entries of subject goods at the weighted average dumping margins, which range from 115.65 percent to 263.40 percent.

Silicon Metal. The International Trade Commission has made final negative AD injury determinations on silicon metal from Australia, Brazil, and Norway and final negative CV injury determinations on silicon metal from Australia, Brazil, and Kazakhstan. As a result, no AD or CV duty orders on such goods will be issued.
