AD/CV News: Staples, Hangers, Yarn, Potassium Permanganate, Silicomanganese

Collated staples – institution of AD and CV injury investigations of collated steel staples from China, Korea, and Taiwan, with conference scheduled for June 27 and comments due by July 2

Garment hangers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on steel wire garment hangers from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 187.25 percent

Polyester yarn – dumping margin of 7.24 percent for all other exporters and producers in amended preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on polyester textured yarn from India

Potassium permanganate – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on potassium permanganate from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018, due to withdrawal of request for review

Silicomanganese – continuation of AD duty orders on silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela, effective June 12
